Cody's First Wedding

My cousin Dustin got married yesterday and Cody had a ball at the reception!  He sat and ate at the table like a big boy and even got down on the dance floor!  Hopefully he does this good at Uncle Tim's wedding in about a month!

Boy on the Move Soon??!!

Cody has started rolling alot.  The other night I put him on the floor, and went into the kitchen to do something.  A few moments later, I came in to check on him and he had rolled under the end table.  It won't be long now!

8 Month Glider Picture

Our little boy is growing up quick and continues to be a very happy baby most of the time.  He squeals in delight and loves to entertain/show off for others.  He makes mommy and daddy smile every day!

Cody loves playing in the water with mommy and daddy.  He loves when we hold him and/or toss him in the air.  Here is Daddy and Cody playing in the ocean. 

My First Vacation to the Beach

We took Cody on his first vacation to Gulf Shores, Alabama.  He had is first plane ride, which he loved and was a very good boy.  He loved the beach and the pool and Mommy and Daddy loved the relaxation and time away from work.

My New Toys

It is fun to introduce new age appropriate toys to Cody as he gets so excited.  His newest favorites are his activity table and his door.  You can just see that mind working as he learns something new. 

7 Month Photo Shoot

We had Jill Shadden do Cody's 7 month pictures at Fort Zumwalt State Park in O'Fallon.  We had so much fun playing with our little man while Jill snapped the photos. Cody doesn't always smile for the camera but he sure is adorable!

First Tooth

After months of drooling, Cody finally got his first tooth!  You can barely see it on the bottom left.  His daddy is going to miss that "toothless smile."  (This photo is compliments of Jill Shadden during his 7 month photo shoot). 

Happy 4th of July

Cody got to share the 4th of July with family and friends.  We had a party at our house on July 3rd for Dana's birthday and Cody got to hang out with his friends and cousin Brayden!  We all had a great time!
