It seems like just yesterday our little boy took up only a little section of his glider.  Now, at 2 1/2, he looks so big!  How they grow up fast!

Happy Graduation Day

The long awaited day for the Brown family finally arrived.  Jon graduated from UMSL!  Mommy and Cody couldn't be more proud of Daddy and everything he has worked towards and sacrificed over the past couple of years to get his degree!  Not many people can say they got a college degree while working full time, helping raise a 2 year old, and taking care of his pregnant wife (which is not always easy)!  Jon, we are so proud of you more than words can say!

Happy Mommy's Day

What a great feeling it is to be a mommy!  I cherish all the time I get to spend with Cody and all the adventures we have.  I can't believe I am fortunate enough to be a mommy to another boy coming up here soon!  I am truly blessed!

Choo-Choo

Cody has really taking a liking to choo-choos recently.  It started when we took him to see all the neat trains and cars at the Transportation Museum a while back.  He loved going through all the trains!  It was a 2 year olds dream come true!  Now he loves playing with his train set at home.

My First School Play

Cody had his first school play at St. Charles Community College.  Each 2 year old class was on stage for about 5 minutes.  They were asked to sing and dance around.  Cody wasn't too sure about the whole thing and stayed pretty close to "Ms. Chris".  Mommy was able to attend because she had pink eye but Daddy said it was entertaining.  Our little boy is growing up quick!

Aunt Mindy's Wedding Reception

After a gorgeous wedding in Colorado, the Brown clan got to get all dressed up one more time for Mindy and Dan's wedding reception in Missouri.

Easter Fun

We had a great day with both sides of the family for Easter.  It was a gorgeous day and we even got to hang out at the park for a bit.

Uncle Lee and Aunt Heather's Wedding

The month of March was full of family weddings for the Brown family.  Cody got to be a ring bearer for the 2nd time at Lee and Heather's wedding.  It was a special day for Lee and Heather and we all had a great time.

Big Boy Bed

In preparation for Baby Carter's arrival in June, we have transitioned Cody over to his new room which is "Trucks" theme.  This was him sleeping in his new big boy bed in his new room on the first night!  Our little man is growing up fast!  

Colorado 2013

The Brown Family headed to Breckenridge, Colorado for Mindy and Dan's winter wedding.

This was only Cody's 2nd time ever on a plane.  He did fantastic!

Outside of the wedding time, we swam in the indoor pool, played in the snow (there was a lot of snow), went on a horse and carriage ride, and enjoyed a meal in a late 1800's style log cabin.  

I had to get a picture with my little man wearing a tie for the first time at the welcome dinner.

Here a few pictures of Cody in his tux on the wedding day.  Overall, he was a very good boy that day!  Jon did have to escort the ring bearer down the aisle though (Daddy didn't mind)!
