11 Months Old

Cody is another month older and is so happy most of the time.  These days, he is a very busy little boy who tries to get into everything and is not afraid of anything!  We are so blessed to have such a sweet boy!

Friends and Family Fun at the Bockhorst Farm

We deep fryed a turkey over an open fire, had a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner, and had a great time around the campfire that night............

In the morning, the kids had a great time playing together!  We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful weekend weather wise and we are so fortunate to have such great friends! 

Let's Go Cardinals

As the Cardinals are headed to the World Series this year, thought I would share a few of my favorite pics of Cody in his Cardinals gear.  He loves watching the Cardinals win just like Mommy and Daddy.  Let's go Cards! 

Fun at the Pumpkin Patch

Cody really enjoyed his first trip to the pumpkin patch.  He got to ride a pony, go through a corn maze, play in a box full of corn kernels, and picked out his own pumpkin to take home.  No better way to spend a gorgeous fall day than at the pumpkin patch.  



Family Fun



The Fall is a busy time for the Phillips clan.  Between birthday celebrations, Beef Roundup, and pumpkin patch, Cody has been able to spend lots of quality time with his cousins Brayden and Audrina.  They are all growing up too fast!

Good On His Feet

Each day Cody gets closer and closer to walking.  He has started holding onto things with only one hand and moving from one object to the next.  It won't be long.

10 Months Old Today

Another month has passed for Cody Brown.  He achieved a number of milestones this month...... crawling, pulling himself up on things, second tooth, eating most things mommy and daddy eat, and the list goes on and on!  He is such a blessing and we love our happy baby.  Here is his 10 month glider pic as well as a close up of his 2 teeth!

Bad Boy...... But Too Cute

Cody had his first time out yesterday because he........

1. Crawled away while mommy was trying to change his diaper
2. Stood up using the TV stand (which he is not supposed to do and gets scolded every time he does it)
3. Peed on the TV stand

I couldn't be too mad because doesn't this picture just make you laugh!  I couldn't help myself and had to take a picture while all of this was happening.  Its no wonder he peed on the TV stand.

Watch Me Play

Over the last couple of weeks, Cody has really developed in his movement skills.  He now crawls everywhere and uses objects (i.e. tables, chairs, TV stands, etc.) around him to stand up.  Watch and enjoy Cody playing with some of his favorite toys!  He is so playful right now.

Apple Picking at Eckert's

No better way to kick off Fall than going apple picking at Eckert's.  We had a great family day riding the ferry, picking apples, eating apples, and petting animals.  Cody had a lot of fun and as you can see by the bottom picture, he fearlessly stuck his hands into the pen to pet the animals.
