Fun in the Exersaucer

We have recently introduced Cody to the exersaucer. He loves it!  

Baptism

Cody was baptized into the Catholic faith on February 27 at Assumption Church by Fr. Joe Kempf.  His godparents are Mindy Phillips and Tim Phillips and he celebrated this joyous event with lots of family.  He was such a good boy during the baptism.  We are so proud of him and can't wait to teach him about Jesus!

3 Month Glider Picture

Cody has definitely grown in the last month, both in size and in spirits.  He frequently smiles and coos but sometimes, as seen in the second picture, he prefers to be serious man!  We can't believe he is already 3 months old!

Happy Valentine's Day

This was a very memorable Valentine's Day.  Not only did I get to share it with Cody, it was also my first day back at work after being off 12 weeks for maternity leave.  Thank goodness I only had to work a half day because mommy really missed her little man!

Me and My Friend Elizabeth

It is so nice to have friends that have kids the same age as ours.  Our friends Rob and Melissa have a daughter 11 weeks older than Cody (although you can barely tell she is older).  They are already holding hands and playing together.

Let's Look Outside

Cody loves for us to sit in the glider in his room and look outside.  As soon as I open the shade, he gets so excited and stands up tall on mommy.  Every day we take time to look outside and talk about what he sees!

Our Snuggle Bear

Cody loves to sleep on us in the recliner and the couch.  I think he waits for me to get done eating breakfast in the morning so we can cuddle in the chair and take a nap.  Here is daddy and Cody catching some Zs on a Saturday afternoon.  Priceless!

Fun in the Bumbo

Cody's tummy time is really paying off as he can hold his head up pretty well now.  He wasn't so sure about the Bumbo just yet but he will soon like it when we starting feeding him food in there.  Isn't he adorable??
